Information

This week, all classes are learning about ‘Protective Behaviours’. This is something we have taught for many years as part of our PHSE lessons.

Protective Behaviours is a practical and down to earth approach to personal safety. The children enjoy fun activities which encourage self-empowerment and brings with it the skills to avoid being victimised. This is achieved by helping children recognise and trust their intuitive feelings which we call ‘Early Warning Signs’ and to develop strategies for self-protection.

Radford Semele C of E Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff, volunteers and parents to share this commitment.
