This week we are looking at gestation.

Task 1 - read through the lesson presentation and look up the word 'gestation' in a dictionary.

Task 2 - look at the 'Classification of Animal Types Poster'  and predict which animal types you think would have the longest and shortest gestation period and think of reasons for this.  

Task 3 - use the 'Animal Gestation Period Table' to see if your predictions were accurate.

Task 4 - use the information you have gathered to write a explanatory paragraph or the 'Information Booklet' template to write an informative booklet.
