Reading
Our reading sessions follow the same format as those in school - each week you will have a text which I will read aloud, you will have vocabulary to discover the definitions of and 3 sets of VIPERS questions to answer (full sentences please!).

Day 1
Olympic Glory
Watch the video of me reading through the text. When you have finished watching the video, read the text again for yourself - this time write down any unfamiliar vocabulary. Choose 6 of these words, look them up in a dictionary and write down the definitions.

Spend time quietly reading a book or comic of your choice.
