Grammar:
This week, we will be recapping and consolidating what we know about different word classes.
Watch Ms Brown's video and then read through the paragraph taken from Chapter 1 ‘The Sandman and the Turtles’ by Michael Morpurgo on the lesson resource.
How many examples of each of the word classes can you find and underline using the different colours? Check how many you found on the second page of the resource!
Spellings:
This week’s spellings are words where the negative meaning has been created using prefix mis-. Have a look at the spelling powerpoint to learn more. Make sure you know the meaning of each word and can use them in a sentence!:
