Good morning Year 6, I hope you are well rested and ready for another week of home learning. There are a couple of different things happening this week, one of which is Children's Mental Health Week. We will be learning more about this during our whole class reading sessions this week. Linked to this, you may have noticed a new rainbow tab on the Year 6 page. If you click on this tab, you will find a booklet called Good to be Me and also some resources. I would really like you to find some time this week to complete some of the activities from the booklet. It is really important that you understand how special and important you are, and these activities will highlight all the great things which combine to make you the incredible person that you are.

Another thing happening this week is National Storytelling Week. This is a week during which we will be celebrating storytelling and the teachers will be holding daily story times via Zoom. Your parents will receive an email about this on Monday.

I know how hard you have all been working and I am so proud of you all for how well you have been engaging with your home learning. Keep up the great work, Year 6, and don't forget to send me an example your reading, maths and writing each week.
